The staff was friendly and helpful. Eddy and ben deserve special mention. i was impressed by the hotel's proximity to times square. the bed was particularly comfortable for a restful night (i needed it after so much walking!).
the breakfast selection was a bit limited, it could have been more diverse.

i found this hotel centrally located. the staff showed kindness. the room provided cleanliness. the hotel's location aligned perfectly with my plans. i found the staff personable. i loved the location. hospitality was superb.
The room felt rather small for two people. Drawer space was insufficient.

my beautiful queen room had ample space, even for yoga. it was located at the back, away from the elevator, so it was super quiet. housekeeping did a fantastic job maintaining the room . i appreciated that there was a fridge available, very useful.
i found the breakfast options to be somewhat limited and not very healthy. there were not many choices available for those looking for nutritious options. it would be great to see more variety and healthier selections offered in the future.

The location was fantastic. I could easily walk to many attractions. the staff were helpful. They assisted me with taxi bookings and luggage. the rooms were well kept and stylish. I found them very comfortable. i loved the rooftop restaurant. The food was high quality.
